The copyright of the FOI Liturgy has been legally transferred to the manager/owner of this website (Connia Silver, SOI-AU) by the author, the Honorable Olivia Robertson. This copyright document also includes the FOI cassette tapes that have been recorded at the Foundation Center.

The work done to scan, update and code the version of the liturgy on this website is also protected and considered a separate copyright from the liturgy itself. So is the work done to digitally remaster the FOI cassette tapes and convert them to CD. The mp3 file recordings found throughout this site are not to be downloaded or otherwise distributed. All print and sound recording rights reserved.

In addition to permission given to publish her work, The Rt. Rev. Olivia Robertson's copyright is shared by David Durdin-Robertson and his son, Alexander Durdin-Robertson and his heirs.
